Only one visit so far, but pretty impressed with Pho Bistro. It's a spacious, clean restaurant with a convenient location.  Service was very quick and polite.  I asked which boba tea flavors were available and our server apologized, telling me they only had about 5 flavors on that day...plenty for me!  I really liked my taro boba tea, it had a crunchy, icy texture that I haven't had before (used to it being either very thick smoothies or fully liquid) but I enjoyed a lot, as it was still smooth enough to drink with ease. The grilled beef banh mi was my choice for a small dinner and it hit the spot.  Great flavor and especially liked the baguette, chewy yet crunchy...perfection!
My husband really enjoyed his tofu, veggies & rice. I'm sure he'll try vegetarian pho on our next stop here.  I'm not a pho fan so maybe I'll try noodles or go for more banh mi.  Pretty large menu here and their pricing is standard and affordable. Excited about this place.

Best Pho broth around. The soup was flavorful, clean, and fresh.  Had a slight sweetness and not too salty without any greasy finish.  I'd recommend the beef over the chicken. Great friendly service. The owner, Tim, is really dedicated to his craft.  Plenty of parking and very spacious place. Worth the drive to Belton.

In terms of Vietnamese restaurants, this place can hold its own in any neighborhood.  When you consider that you can get this good of Vietnamese food aaaaaall the ways in Belton, it's news worthy.  We've hit the menu pretty hard, and haven't been let down yet.  We've actually even called off plans to trade half our meals, because we were enjoying our dishes too much.  One thing we do consistently split is a banh mi as an appetizer.  We often get a normal appetizer as well, but it's getting hard to pass up the opportunity to get a sandwich while we're there.  It's nice to be able to stuff ourselves and not feel gross afterward.  The other dish hard for me to pass up is the seafood pho.  Once we get through the rest of the menu, that'll be my goto.

I'm from the SF Bay Area, and good Vietnamese food is on every corner, and I LOVE Pho.  It is also my go-to for hangover cure, and was so happy we have a new pho place in Belton!

I had the chicken pho and summer rolls.  The broth was a bit lacking in flavor but still good. Chicken & noodles were tender, and cooked well. Large portions. The summer rolls were fresh and big, the peanut sauce was fine. Service was excellent. I talked to the owner briefly, he's a Belton native.  I will definitely go back.

Very clean, very friendly, good food, but a bit pricey. My pho dac biet was just under 13$. That's almost 4$ more than any other place in the metro average and it's not worth that premium unless, like us, you live near. Their pork banh mi is pretty legit, and we've ordered a couple of them before and have not been let down. Aside from their pricing this place is good enough to bring picky Mother's and family members that are Southeast Asian and picky about their Vietnamese dishes, but pickup the tab so they don't see the total.
